Shipping Policy

We ship our products within 10 days or less of payment using USPS or Paypal for domestic shipments and DHL for international shipments. Once your purchase has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you will be able to follow its progress. 

Who doesn’t love the anticipation of counting down the days until their new products arrive?!

If your product does not arrive, please contact lovebixabeauty@gmail.com and we will track it down for you.

Return Policy

All items are final sale unless:

• You have received a damaged product.

• You received the wrong product.

If you receive the incorrect product or the product is damaged in transit, you will have 30 days to initiate your return. Please email lovebixabeauty@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue and we will replace the item or refund your money. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

All returns will be processed within 10 days. 

If you accidentally check out with an item in your cart that you did not intend to purchase, you may reverse the purchase within one hour of checkout. Please contact --- in order to cancel your purchase. If you do not contact this email address within one hour of checkout, your purchase will be considered final.
